Safety device:

The bottom of the automatic quick door is equipped with a micro pressure sensor, which is connected to the electrical system inside the main control box through a conductive signal line. When the automatic rapid door crushes the object below the rolling shutter door during its rapid descent (with a force of about 5-10kg, which will not affect the human body or goods), the rapid door will rise in reverse to the upper limit position. After the set delay descent time, the door curtain will automatically descend.

Quick door control system

1. Turn on the power switch inside the main control box, place the fuse into the fuse slot and check if there is power input (the power indicator light will light up when there is power input), and confirm that the emergency stop buttons of the main control box and auxiliary switch are pressed.

2. Turn the emergency stop switch clockwise, and the rolling door will descend to the lower limit position.

3. Press the "up" button on the main control box or the green button above the auxiliary switch, and the rolling door will roll up to the upper limit position. After the set delay descent time, the rolling door will automatically close.

4. After the roll door is opened, press the "down" button on the main control box or the black button below the auxiliary switch to lower the roll door to the lower limit position and stop.

5. When the rolling shutter door is in the closed state and an object blocks the photoelectric sensing safety switch below, the rolling shutter door will roll up to the upper limit position. After the set delay descent time, the rapid rolling shutter door will automatically close.

6. If the red emergency stop button (the red button on the main control box or the red button in the middle of the auxiliary switch) is pressed during the opening or closing action of the rolling door, all actions of the rolling door will be interrupted and it will stay at any position.
