The special grade fireproof rolling shutter (inorganic) fire protection product is a supplementary provision of our company based on the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Tall Buildings GB50045" (revised in 2001), which states that "only special grade rolling shutters that can pass the temperature rise test of the back fire surface can cancel the sprinkler system". In addition, according to GB14102-2005, we have developed a new type of refractory component product with independent intellectual property rights. The inorganic fireproof rolling shutter curtain surface is composed of decorative cloth, base cloth, refractory blanket, reflective cloth, steel wire rope, curtain plate, plywood, and bottom beam. The bottom beam adopts a movable design for easy installation and debugging. It can meet the requirements of fire resistance integrity for ordinary fireproof rolling shutters, as well as the requirements of special grade fireproof rolling shutters with fire-resistant limit judgment conditions for the temperature rise of the back fire surface and smoke prevention performance. Widely used in various industrial, civil, and public buildings that require measurement of temperature rise on the backlit surface and low wind pressure resistance, such as office spaces, supermarkets, commercial buildings, exhibition halls, underground garages, entertainment venues, and other buildings for fire partition separation.

After long-term testing and summarization, it has been found that the built-in travel switch of the fireproof rolling shutter motor cannot recognize the travel of the rolling shutter door due to long-term use failure, which often leads to the phenomenon that the rolling shutter door cannot automatically stop moving up or down, causing serious damage to the already decorated ceiling, and even posing a risk of detachment of the rolling shutter blades, posing a great danger to pedestrian or property safety.
*Designed with a microcomputer chip, the large stroke of the roller blind is controlled by the stroke time memory of the roller blind. Even if the stroke switch fails, there will be no danger.
