Description :

　　Working principle: The material bag is manually or automatically fed by a feeding device, and the bagged powder particles are automatically transported to a 45 degree angle skateboard through a feeding conveyor. The material bag slides down along the skateboard by its gravity, and during the sliding process, the packaging bag is cut open by a rapidly rotating blade. The remaining bags and materials that are cut open slide into the bag separator for screening. The material separated from the bag separator is collected by the material collector and output to the storage container through a screw conveyor or other means (it can also be conveyed to the material storage tank using a pipe chain conveyor or pneumatic conveying device). The damaged packaging bags, impurities, and clumped materials separated by the bag separator are transported out. The dust generated during the process of cutting the bag is captured by a bag filter and shaken into the material for collection. The dust generated during homework is filtered and purified by the equipment's built-in dust removal device, which does not pollute the environment and allows factory operators to work continuously in a clean environment.
