　　The wheat fully automatic bag unpacking machine is an automated, intelligent, and integrated packaging bag unpacking, recycling, conveying, and dust removal system for palletizing and feeding equipment. It can be used for unpacking and unloading 10-50KG bagged granular materials.

　　Workflow:

　　The material bag can be manually or transported to the entrance of the bag breaking machine through a conveyor belt. There is a dust cover at this entrance, and the plastic woven bag is opened through a multi-layer cutting disc assembly. This cutting disc assembly is installed at the top of the bag breaking machine entrance, and the material inside the bag enters the material collection device through the mesh of the cylindrical screen. This device is installed at the exit of the bag breaking machine. Through the rotation and slight vibration of the cylindrical screen, the material bag is completely emptied, and the paddles inside the cylindrical screen repeatedly lift the emptied material bag. This way, the material bag is completely separated from the material. After separation, the waste bags are transported to the designated location through a chain conveyor or other equipment, and the remaining waste bags are taken out of the machine through a dedicated channel.
