　　The powder fully automatic unpacking machine is a fully automatic unpacking and unloading equipment with a fast working efficiency (around 100-600 bags/h), far exceeding the efficiency of manual unpacking in the past. The equipment is thorough and easy to operate, mainly equipped with a dust collection device. The dust generated during operation is filtered out by the carried dust removal device, avoiding personnel contact with flammable and highly corrosive, high dust, and situations that are not easily accessible to personnel. It can effectively solve the dust generated during the unpacking and unloading process of bags, making the working environment cleaner and healthier.

　　It can be adapted for automatic unpacking and unloading of dry powdered materials in fields such as chemical, petroleum, building materials, metallurgy, power, food, medicine, grain, and environmental protection. Automatic unpacking and unloading operations can be carried out for materials such as nitrocellulose, magnesium oxide, quartz sand, limestone, sawdust, activated carbon, milk powder, PVC powder, urea, clay, gypsum, cement, and sewage treatment additives.

　　Operating principle

　　The material bag slides down from the conveyor belt and enters the cutting device. The cutting device consists of two sets of six circular pieces with a diameter of 350mm. The material belt is cut into strips, and the damaged material bag and the material inside slide into the screening device through the chute. Through the rotation of the cylindrical sieve, the material bag leaks to the bottom and is completely emptied. The paddle board inside the cylindrical sieve chamber repeatedly lifts the emptied material bag, so that the material bag is completely separated from the material. The tilted blades help move the bags to the outlet of the cylindrical screen, and then they slide into the assembled waste bag press.
