Sikafloor® -25N PurCem (CN) has the characteristics of aesthetics, easy cleaning, and smooth aggregate texture. The coating thickness is 4-5 millimeters.

　　User Guide "1. Base Requirements and Preparation:

　　The concrete base surface should be solid, with a compressive strength of not less than 25 N/mm2 and a tensile strength of not less than 1.5 N/mm2. Keep the concrete surface clean and dry.

　　Remove all dust, existing paint layers, weathered substances and secretions, floating slurry, template oil, hydraulic oil and fuel, brake fluid, grease, fungi, mold, biological residues, or other contaminants that may affect good adhesion on the surface. Surface prefabrication should be carried out using appropriate mechanical methods, such as steel shot peening or other Sika approved methods, to meet the requirements of CSP 3-9. Proper Sika repair mortar should be used for repairing cement-based materials, filling pores, and leveling irregular surfaces.

　　Edge groove - Sikafloor® All free edges of PurCem (CN) ground, including perimeter, trenches, or drainage ditches, must be equipped with additional dividing joints to distribute mechanical and thermal stresses. To achieve stress dispersion, forming or cutting grooves can be set on the concrete. The depth and width of the trench should be Sikafloor® PurCem (CN) is twice the thickness of the ground. For other information about the edges, please refer to the other materials provided. If necessary, mechanical installation of metal strips can be used to protect all free edges. Thin edges shall not be used as anchoring grooves.

　　Expansion joint - Set expansion joints at the junction of different materials on the substrate. Separate each area based on thermal stress, vibration, or surrounding load-bearing columns and conduit sealing rings.

　　》2 Mixing:

　　Temperature will affect the mixing effect; The usage temperature of the material should be between 18oC and 25oC. Pre mix component A and ensure even color distribution.

　　Start the mixer, pour in component A and stir for 10 seconds, then add component B and stir for 30 seconds. Then slowly add component C (powder) and component D (pigment) together for about 15 seconds. Be careful not to pour it quickly into the mixer.

　　Further stir components C and D for at least 2 minutes to ensure complete mixing. Add component E at a low speed of 300-400 RPM and stir for 1 minute. During the mixing process, use a straight edge trowel to scrape off the raw materials (components A+B+C+D+E) that are stuck on the side and bottom of the container. This operation should be performed at least once to ensure complete mixing. Just mix all the raw materials in the factory packaging.

　　Note: Reducing the content of component C (powder) by 1 kilogram during each mixing can improve the flowability of the substrate in cold environments.

　　》3 Construction:

　　Sikafloor 25N Purcem (CN) - Mix and pour Sikafloor® -Apply 25N PurCem (CN) material onto the hardened scraping layer. Apply it to the desired thickness using a toothed scraper, and carefully spread the new mixed material along the transition zone of the previously constructed material before the surface begins to harden. Immediately use a defoaming roller to roll on the surface and remove any air from the material.

　　》4. Cleaning work:

　　Using Sika® Clean all tools and equipment with equipment cleaner/epoxy diluent. Use hot soapy water or Sika® Hand sanitizer thoroughly cleans dirty hands and skin. The hardened material can only be removed mechanically.

　　》5 maintain:

　　Sikafloor® PurCem (CN) floor is extremely easy to clean and can be cleaned using a hard brush or high-pressure water (hot water is also acceptable) as well as steam. At the same time, degreasers and cleaning agents can also be used, but any cleaning products containing phenol must not be used, otherwise it will cause damage to the color of the ground.

　　》6 Limitations:

　　When the temperature is below 10oC or above 30oC/relative humidity reaches 85%, this product shall not be used for construction.

　　It cannot be constructed on unreinforced cement mortar floors, asphalt substrates, coated ceramic tiles or non porous tiles, ceramic tiles and magnesium carbonate, copper, aluminum, cork, or urethane composites, synthetic rubber films, fiber-reinforced polyester composites.

　　Do not apply this product on damp or newly poured concrete or modified polymers with a base humidity greater than 10%.

　　When the temperature or base temperature is above the dew point temperature by more than 3 ° C, this product should be constructed on concrete.

　　Protect the substrate during construction to prevent it from being affected by pipeline condensation or leakage above.

　　Do not construct this product on vertical or suspended surfaces; For the laying of vertical surfaces, please refer to Sikafloor® 29N PurCem (CN) 。

　　Thin edges are not allowed.

　　Do not manually mix Sikafloor® PurCem (CN) material/Only mechanical mixing is allowed.

　　Do not apply this product on cracked or unstable substrate surfaces.

　　Do not apply this product on the surface where condensation and freezing occur due to moisture.

　　Due to the batch production of materials, it is not possible to guarantee complete color consistency. Therefore, when using Sikafloor® When using PurCem products, attention should be paid to using them in order of batch numbers. Additionally, do not mix products of different batch numbers in the same area.

　　If in contact with food materials, wait for at least 48 hours after construction before putting them into use.

　　Sikafloor® PurCem (CN) can cause yellowing under UV radiation, which does not have a significant impact on other product properties. It is purely an aesthetic appearance issue. When the product is used outdoors, customers must accept the yellowing appearance before construction can proceed.

　　》7 Special precautions:

　　Component A: Frequent or prolonged contact with the skin can cause short-term skin irritation in the local area. Avoid it entering the eyes, otherwise it may cause mild momentary pain.

　　Component B: Inhalation induced injury. May cause irritation to the eyes, respiratory system, and skin. Inhalation and skin contact can cause allergies.

　　Components C and D: can seriously harm the eyes. If accidentally entering the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water. It will cause irritation to the skin. Avoid inhaling dust. Inhaling dust for too long can pose a threat to health.

　　Component E: There are broken fibers or loose particles present, which may irritate the skin and breathing upon contact

　　》8 Emergency measures:

　　If it comes into contact with the skin, it should be thoroughly washed with soap and water. If accidentally entering the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. And seek medical attention immediately. If there are respiratory problems, immediately let the injured person breathe fresh air.
