Application: HS-FF series connectors are widely used in the following public facilities: hydraulic oil leakage can pose a serious safety hazard, especially for overhead bucket cranes used for maintenance of high-voltage power transmission lines. These connectors are also used for quick switching of hydraulic equipment in construction, railway maintenance, and mining, and are easy to clean, making them ideal for use in such special environments.
The HS-FF series connectors have the following characteristics:
1. The design of the new valve can resist the impact of high-speed fluid and pulse pressure, providing higher performance
2. The sleeve locking mechanism engages by rotating the sleeve after connection, and can prevent accidental disconnection when dragging the joint along the ground during use.
3. The design of the locking mechanism helps prevent debris from entering the internal mechanism and causing misoperation during connection or disconnection. The sleeve covers the retaining ring and includes a dust seal in the ejection area.
4. The quenched male plug and sleeve, as well as the solid rod-shaped structure, create a good female joint that can resist erosion and damage caused by hydraulic and mechanical impacts.
5. This sealing ring is designed to prevent bursting or damage in hazardous working conditions.

Durable ball lock mechanism can be reliably connected, with several locking steel balls evenly distributing the workload, while providing alignment and rotation actions to reduce hose twisting and extend hose service life.
