　　The PHYML series pressure type proportional mixing device produced by Shandong Dongyue Crane Fire Fighting Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is composed of foam tank, pressure type proportional mixer, diaphragm, water inlet pipe, liquid outlet pipe and control valve. When the pressure water flows through the proportional mixer of the device, the water and foam can be automatically mixed in a certain proportion, and the foam mixture is output to the foam generator, foam monitor, foam nozzle, foam gun and other spraying equipment to generate and spray air foam for fire extinguishing.

　　The device can form a fixed (or semi fixed) foam extinguishing system with fire pump (or fire truck), foam generation and spraying equipment. Widely used to extinguish Class A, B, and C liquid fires, it has the advantages of safety, reliability, and high fire extinguishing efficiency. 　　Filling method of foam liquid for PHYML series pressure type proportioning device produced by Shandong Dongyue Lifting and Fire Fighting Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.:

　　Close all valves, open two exhaust valves, fill 1/3 to 1/2 of the tank water between the tank and the tank through the water inlet pipe and the drain port, then open the liquid filling port, insert an inch rubber pipe from the liquid filling port to the tank bottom, inject foam extinguishing agent into the tank through the crossover pipe, open the drain valve after water is discharged from the exhaust port, and drain water at a flow similar to the flow of foam liquid filling until the foam liquid is fully filled. After filling is completed, close the filling port and drainage valve, open the inlet valve, and slowly fill the space between the tank and the tank with water until water flows out from the exhaust port. Close the exhaust valve and inlet valve, and then rinse the scattered fire extinguishing agent outside the device with clean water.
