PHYM (L) series pressure type proportioning device is composed of foam liquid storage tank, pressure type proportioner, safety valve, control valve and some auxiliary parts. When the fire pressure water flows through the equipment, the proportional mixer divides its proportion, and a small part of the water flows into the interlayer of the foam liquid storage tank. The replaced foam liquid is mixed with the fire water of the other main pipes to form a certain proportion of foam liquid mixture, which is delivered to the foam generating equipment. PHYM series pressure type proportional mixing device is applicable to all kinds of foam liquid with mixing ratio of 3% and 6%.
The pressure type proportional mixing device is divided into membrane type and ordinary type according to the filling method; According to the placement method of the tank, it can be divided into two forms: horizontal and vertical. The mixing ratio of foam is generally 3% or 6%, and 8% mixed liquid can also be provided for medium expansion foam fire extinguishing system.
Ordinary type:Since the overflow ring is installed above the tank, the pressure water flowing into the tank along the water inlet pipeline can slowly flow out from the top of the tank, and the water and foam liquid will not be rapidly stirred, so the lower part of the water in the foam agent with large specific gravity and water can be kept to meet the requirements of the proportioner to mix foam liquid and water in proportion.
Diaphragm type storage tank:Since the storage tank is equipped with a high-strength rubber film, the foam concentrate stored during use will not contact with water, and the remaining foam concentrate after each use will not become invalid. In addition, the rubber membrane with stable performance can also store various light water foam stock solutions.
