　　Installation steps

　　1. Remove the outer packaging of the fire hydrant and check for any damage to the appearance and blockage of the drainage outlet

　　3. Install a standard gasket on the installed pipeline flange and use bolts to securely connect the fire hydrant to the flange

　　4. After connection, conduct a 1.6Mpa pressure sealing test, check the rotation, opening, closing, and drainage functions. After passing the inspection, proceed with the connection operation

　　Installation precautions:

　　Before installation, the mud and debris inside the fire hydrant network must be washed clean

　　Use and maintenance

　　1. Regularly inspect the fire hydrant, check the opening size of the cover, remove dirt, check if the seal is intact, and repair any paint peeling.

　　2. Check and clean up any obstacles to the fire hydrant.

　　3. Fire hydrants are usually closed, and a special wrench should be used to turn them on. After each use, a drainage valve should be used to drain the remaining water to prevent freezing and damage to the hydrant body. Especially in severe winter, attention should be paid to cold prevention, and the fire hydrant should be closed to prevent freezing and cracking of the hydrant body

　　4. When closing the fire hydrant, if it is not tightly closed, it should be loosened several times and rinsed with clean water before closing. It is strictly prohibited to close it forcefully or damage the components of the hydrant body
