Description :

The generator should be installed horizontally on the upper part of the tank wall and should not be installed on the top of the tank. When installing, the cover plate should face downwards and should not be installed on the side. When used for external floating roof storage tank, it shall be installed on the foam shroud at the top of the storage tank.

　　When installing the generator, the opening on the tank wall should ensure that there is enough space on the upper part of the tank. The liquid level of the storage liquid should be lower than the inlet of the generator, and should be below the storage liquid level line, so as not to affect the quality of foam and the formation of foam, and prevent the liquid from flowing out of the generator.

　　When the foam mixture with a certain pressure is sent to the PF4 type high expansion foam generator, the foam mixture is ejected from the nozzle at a high speed through the water turbine of the generator, and at the same time drives the air guide impeller to rotate at a high speed. Under the action of the air guide impeller, the air is stirred and mixed with the foam mixture to produce a large amount of air foam, which is directly blown on the foam net and flows naturally onto the surface of the combustor. The purpose of extinguishing the fire is achieved by cooling the air foam and isolating the oxygen in the air (because oxygen is a combustion promoter).
