　　The TMR-5/10/13 fully mixed feed mixer mainly consists of one or two winches, and the spiral winches are divided into left-hand and right-hand. During mixing and cutting, the material is simultaneously rotated and mixed towards the middle position of the mixer from both ends of the box in various directions. Each spiral lead on the auger screw is equipped with a moving blade, which cuts and mixes the fibrous forage and straw passing through it with the fixed teeth on the centerline position of the feed mixer, thereby achieving the feeding effect of crushing and mixing the fully mixed feed evenly

　　[Usage and Maintenance]

　　1. When the equipment is running, no hard foreign objects larger than 5mm should enter the machine, otherwise it should be stopped and eliminated. If any abnormal sounds such as metal collision or friction are found during operation, the machine should be stopped in time for inspection and elimination.

　　2. When mixing solid and liquid, it should be operated first, followed by spraying. After spraying, continue to operate and mix for 3-5 minutes.

　　3. The mixing time for a single batch of materials is generally about 5-8 minutes. The mixing time of special materials needs to be determined through user testing.

　　4. The particle size of the mixed material is 20-1400 mesh; The spray volume can be determined based on the adsorption performance of the material and the production process requirements of the user.

　　5. Regularly replace the lubricating oil of the reducer and bearings during use. The lubrication of the reducer should be carried out according to the requirements of the reducer manual. Composite lithium based grease is used for spindle bearings.

　　6. The shaft end seal adopts packing seal. The sealing material is generally oil immersed asbestos. If a small amount of leakage is found during use, the box cover should be tightened and the clamping bolts should be tightened.
