　　4 Technical performance:

　　① The conductor should be a tightly compressed circular stranded wire, and its resistance and small tensile strength should comply with the provisions of Table 3.

　　② The tensile strength of the load-bearing stranded wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 10.

　　③ Insulation should be made of black weather resistant polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and cross-linked polyethylene

　　④ The cable should be able to withstand the specified AC voltage test for 1 minute without insulation breakdown.

　　⑤ 10KV cables with insulation shielding should undergo partial discharge testing, and their discharge capacity should not exceed 20PC.
