In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing steel core aluminum alloy stranded wire with high conductivity, high strength, and large cross-section. The method is characterized by the structure of the steel core aluminum alloy stranded wire and the processing technology of the steel core aluminum alloy. The steel core aluminum alloy stranded wire consists of two parts: LHA2 high-strength aluminum magnesium alloy round wire carrying current on the outer ring and GIA high-strength galvanized steel wire reinforcing element on the inner ring. The LHA2 high-strength aluminum magnesium alloy round wire and GIA high-strength galvanized steel wire are twisted into steel core aluminum alloy stranded wire by a twisting machine. The diameter of the steel core aluminum alloy stranded wire is 43.54mm, with a diameter tolerance range of 0.44mm, The steel core aluminum alloy stranded wire is a multi-layer structure, from outside to inside, consisting of an outer layer of aluminum alloy wire, an outer layer of aluminum alloy wire, an inner layer of aluminum alloy wire, 12 layers of steel wire, 6 layers of steel wire, and a center root of steel wire. The aluminum alloy wire that constitutes the outer layer of aluminum alloy wire, the outer layer of aluminum alloy wire, and the inner layer of aluminum alloy wire is LHA2 high-strength aluminum magnesium alloy round wire, with a diameter of 4.84mm. The steel wire that constitutes the 12 layers of steel wire, 6 layers of steel wire, and the center root of steel wire is G1A high-strength galvanized steel wire, with a diameter of 2.90mm;
The preparation process of LHA2 high-strength aluminum magnesium alloy round wire includes:
1. Testing of high-strength aluminum magnesium alloy rods: The raw material high-strength aluminum alloy rods are inspected before production to ensure that the product is in good condition, with a smooth surface and no defects,
2. Wire drawing: (1) High strength alloy round wires are arranged neatly without any collapse or loose circles due to wire pressure. (2) During the wire drawing process, the surface of the high-strength alloy round wires is smooth and without any scratches,
3. Timeliness: By controlling the heat treatment temperature and time, the tensile strength, resistance, and elongation of high-strength aluminum alloy wires after heat treatment can be ensured to meet the design requirements. Through aging treatment, Mg2Si precipitation and strengthening can be achieved in the aluminum alloy material;
The LHA2 high-strength aluminum magnesium alloy round wire and G1A high-strength galvanized steel wire are twisted together into steel core aluminum alloy stranded wire through a 54 reel or more 630 frame type twisting machine, and the twisting process is as follows:
(1) The high-strength aluminum alloy wire twisting machine adopts an air pressure proportional valve to control the tension of the wire, and the tension has an automatic feedback function to keep the tension of the single wire from the full reel to the shallow reel unchanged. All tension parameters are displayed on the control screen for monitoring and adjustment to control the tension;
(2) The stranding machine is equipped with high-precision positioning devices, and the stranding process adopts pre forming technology to ensure tight stranding without single wire protrusion, achieving single wire pre forming without jumper, loose or loose strands; The surface of the wire is twisted round, tightly flat, and has a uniform outer diameter;
(3) The requirements for the pitch and forming depth of the stranded wire must meet the process parameters of the stranded wire, and the ratio of adjacent layer pitch diameters should be such that the outer layer pitch diameter ratio is not greater than the adjacent inner layer pitch diameter ratio; The outer layer of the twisted wire is twisted to the right, and adjacent layers are twisted in opposite directions;
(4) Using a frame twisting machine with 54 or more discs for one-time twisting and forming;
(5) Adjust the speed of the twisted wire, avoid scratching the single wire when threading, and ensure that any contact surfaces such as guide wheels and threading tubes that the single wire passes through are smooth. After adjusting the pre twist straightening parameters, drive the vehicle at a speed of around 20m/min. During the twisting process, the operator should pay attention to observing to prevent accidental damage to the single wire and twisted wire;
(6) All selected G1A high-strength galvanized steel wires have no joints, and the outer aluminum wires have no joints;
(7) After the twisting is normal, the inspector measures the pitch of the wire, checks the surface condition of the wire and the twisting condition of the wire;
(8) The finished wires on the winding reel should be arranged neatly.
Preferably, the resistance of the wire is less than or equal to 0.0335 Ω/km, and the mass per kilometer is 3728.9 ± 74.6kg.
Preferably, the outer diameter of the steel core aluminum alloy stranded wire is 43.54mm, and the outer diameters of each layer from outside to inside are 33.86mm, 24.18mm, 14.50mm, 8.7mm, and 2.9mm.
