Description :

　　This series of drum type resistance furnaces (hereinafter referred to as electric furnaces) can be used for gas carburizing, gas carbonitriding, bright quenching and other heat treatments of various small parts and standard components in industries such as light industry, textile, instrumentation, electrical appliances, bearings, etc. It is particularly suitable for large-scale production of small parts, such as bicycle parts, sewing machine parts, bearing balls, rollers and other parts.

　　This electric furnace consists of furnace body, rotary mechanism, tilting device, control system, drip gas supply system and other components.

　　1. Furnace body

　　The furnace body is assembled from the main body, bracket, and bearing seat. The main body consists of a furnace shell, furnace lining, and furnace tank. In order to facilitate the installation, disassembly, and maintenance of the furnace tank, both ends are connected by bolts.

　　The refractory layer of the furnace lining is made of ultra lightweight refractory bricks, and the insulation layer is made of aluminum silicate refractory fibers and expanded perlite blocks. The heating element is made of resistance wire wrapped in a spiral shape and installed on the wire support bricks.

　　The furnace can be made of cast steel or welded, with thick heat-resistant steel plates used for welding. There are two anti mixing reinforcing plates inside. The front end of the furnace is supported by rollers, and the rear end is supported by fixed bearing seats. When the furnace expands and contracts due to temperature changes, it can freely expand and contract.

　　Both gas and liquid media are introduced from the rear dropper, exhaust gas is discharged from the front furnace door and burned, and workpieces are loaded and unloaded from the furnace door.

　　2. Rotating and tilting device

　　The rotating and tilting device consists of a motor, gearbox, large and small chain wheels, chains, etc., and the tilt angle can be adjusted as needed.

　　3. Control system

　　The control system is installed inside the control cabinet and consists of two parts: a temperature control system and a traditional system.

　　4. Drip and gas supply system

　　Organic liquids and ammonia and other media are respectively introduced from the two pipe joints on the dropper, and the drip volume is measured through the observation hole. The flow rate of ammonia and other gases is measured through a flow meter.
