They are selected according to their respective product characteristics, and the furnace size and load capacity are ordered according to customer requirements.

　　4、 Structure: Multi stage trolley furnaces are mostly large trolley furnaces, mainly considering that the overall working size is too large, and when using a small amount of products, a high work rate can be achieved, which can easily cause waste. Therefore, a multi-stage furnace is adopted, with a movable gate plate separating the middle. Two or three stages are ideal and can be independently controlled. The furnace lining is made of full fiber aluminum silicate silk carpet modules to build the furnace body, and the furnace bottom is made of lightweight insulation bricks and heavy refractory bricks. The heating elements are made of resistance wires and resistance belts for heating. The furnace shell is made of steel plates and section steel, and the furnace door and trolley are mechanically driven; The specific configuration is designed and equipped according to customer and furnace temperature requirements.

　　5、 Heat treatment products: This furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of steel components and pressure vessels, and is also suitable for heat treatment of various other processed products, such as stainless steel solid fusion, high manganese steel quenching, valves, flange rings, pressure vessels, rolling rods, steel pipes, steel wires, steel balls, castings, forgings, cast iron, blades, high-speed steel, tool steel, automobile axles, diesel engine gearboxes, mining machinery, loader bridge arms, etc. It is used for quenching and tempering, annealing, tempering, and normalizing heat treatment of various products.
