1、 Furnace structure:
This bright vacuum resistance furnace consists of a furnace body, furnace chamber, control system, vacuum pump, ammonia decomposition furnace, and other components.
1. The furnace body is made of welded channel steel and steel plates, and the furnace lining is built with lightweight clay bricks. The heating element is hung on refractory material wire support bricks, and the material of the heating element is 0Cr25Ai5, wound in a spiral shape. The insulation material is fiber cotton and vermiculite powder, and the surface temperature of the shell is below ≤ 50 ℃
2. Furnace liner, this equipment is equipped with a furnace tank device. The material of the furnace liner is 1Cr18Ni9Ti, with a thickness of δ 8mm, welded with stainless steel plates, and connected at the bottom with a standard head of ￠ 350mm.
The upper opening of the furnace chamber is a flange made of thick steel plate with added surface, and a water cooling device is used. The upper opening of the flange is processed into an O-shaped or U-shaped groove, and a sealing strip is installed for sealing protection.
The furnace cover is made of a carbon steel plate with a thickness of δ 25mm, and the bottom insulation box is welded with stainless steel plate to form a barrel body. Fill with insulation material.
The sealing between the furnace chamber and the furnace cover is fastened with various bolts. The inlet and outlet air are installed on the flat surface of the furnace cover, and the vacuum pump connection is also connected to the flat surface of the panel. In addition, an explosion-proof device is installed.
3. Control system
The control part adopts PID zero crossing automatic power compensation and adjustment, with Dahua recording, equipped with Guolong power adjustment instrument operation, temperature uniformity display ± 1 ℃, and additionally installed with over temperature alarm device.
