Purpose:
The RJ3 series low-temperature well furnace is a new standard energy-saving periodic operation well furnace, mainly used for tempering, annealing and other heat treatments of metal materials and metal parts. And steel annealing, aluminum alloy, light alloy quenching, solid fusion treatment, aging treatment.

The shell is made of cylindrical furnace body made of steel plate and section steel. The inner surface of the furnace cover is made of stainless steel plate. The furnace lining is constructed with ultra lightweight 0.6g/cm energy-saving microporous refractory insulation bricks. Aluminum fiber felt insulation is placed between the well lining and the furnace shell, and expansion insulation powder is filled in the remaining gaps. The resistance wire is made of 0Cr25A15 high resistance alloy wire wound in a spiral shape and installed on the wire support brick of the furnace. There are stainless steel wire guards and stainless steel loading baskets placed inside the furnace. The furnace cover is lifted manually or electrically. In order to evenly heat the workpiece, a hot air circulation fan made of heat-resistant stainless steel shaft and fan blades is installed on the furnace cover. During the heating process, the hot air circulates up and down in the well furnace to ensure uniform heating of the workpiece. To ensure operational safety, a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism, which is interlocked with the power supply of the well furnace control cabinet. When the furnace cover is closed, the power is turned on. When the furnace cover is opened, the time limit switch cuts off the control power, so the power supply to the heating element is also cut off to ensure safe operation. The low-temperature well furnace is equipped with an automatic temperature control cabinet and thermocouple when it leaves the factory.
