      3. Structure Introduction:

      (1) This trolley furnace consists of a furnace body and a movable trolley.

      (2) The furnace shell and trolley are welded from high-quality steel plates and sections.

      (3) The heating element adopts the high resistance alloy 0Cr27AL7Mo2 produced by Shougang, and the resistance strip is arranged on the furnace door, furnace side, furnace back wall, and trolley.

      (4) The furnace lining is made of high alumina fiber cotton, which has strong high temperature resistance and good insulation properties, and cannot be replaced by ordinary fiber cotton. The load-bearing part is constructed with heavy refractory bricks to enhance the structural strength of the furnace lining. In order to ensure that the temperature heat transfer at the bottom of the trolley is not very high, the trolley insulation layer adopts a composite structure of aluminum silicate refractory fibers and diatomaceous earth insulation bricks to improve the insulation performance of the furnace body.

      2、 Main technical features

      This electric furnace is mainly composed of furnace body (including furnace door), furnace lining, furnace door lifting, furnace car, furnace car transmission mechanism, electric heating device, temperature control and recording system, and other main parts.

      1. Furnace body

      (1) Furnace lining:

      This furnace lining adopts a fully aluminum silicate refractory fiber blanket with excellent thermal insulation performance, which is specially processed and combined into large plates, and finally combined into the furnace lining.

      The furnace body adopts a fire-resistant full fiber large plate structure, which has excellent thermal insulation performance. The full fiber lining weighs only 1/30 of the refractory brick furnace body, which not only has excellent insulation performance, but also saves about 30% energy compared to brick resistance furnaces of the same specifications, and has a fast heating rate.

      The all fiber refractory structure has good thermal shock stability, resistance to rapid cooling and heating, and a longer service life than brick furnaces. This type of furnace body is very convenient for maintenance. If it is damaged due to mechanical collision, it can be used with only local repairs. This type of furnace lining also has the characteristics of easy installation and short construction time.

      (2) Steel structure: The full fiber large plate furnace lining is suspended on a steel frame, which is welded from steel sections, steel plates, etc., lightweight and reliable. This furnace adopts a full fiber large plate structure lining, so its steel structure is larger and lighter than traditional refractory brick furnaces.

      2. Electric heating device

      Adopting advanced hanging structure, high radiation efficiency, strengthened heat exchange inside the furnace, improved furnace thermal efficiency, and extended the service life of electric heating elements. The electric heating element adopts 0Cr27AL7MO2 resistance strip, processed into a waveform structure with a special mold, and hung in groups on the furnace wall fixing parts (ceramic screws). Installation and maintenance are very convenient, and the service life is long.

      The electric heating element of the trolley adopts a spiral structure of the same material.

      3. Car:

      The trolley is a platform that carries workpieces and operates. The loading plane size of this furnace trolley is:

      (1) Fire resistant insulation material:

      The trolley surface is made of heavy bricks as the load-bearing layer to ensure compressive strength. The insulation layer is divided into two parts, one is made of diatomaceous earth bricks, and the other is made of lightweight clay bricks to ensure the insulation effect.

      Heavy shaped refractory bricks are used around the trolley to improve its strength.

      (2) Furnace car steel structure:

      The frame is composed of steel and channel steel, and its rigidity ensures that it will not deform under full load and heavy load. The lower part of the trolley is equipped with a wheel drive device, using a reducer as the transmission mechanism. There are steel sand seals around the frame. There are sealing devices on both sides of the car that match the side seals.

      (3) Safety interlock device:

      Both the inlet and outlet of the furnace are equipped with double safety limit mechanisms and interlocking mechanisms with the furnace door to ensure safe operation. The car is flexible in entering and exiting, with accurate positioning.

      (4) Furnace bottom plate:

      The trolley is equipped with a cast NI7N furnace bottom plate that is pressure resistant and high-temperature resistant to carry workpieces. In order to prevent the oxide scale generated after heating the workpiece from falling around the heating element through the gaps between the furnace bottom plates and causing damage to the heating element, an insertion type contact is used at the contact between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body.

      4. Furnace door:

The furnace car is equipped with dual safety limit mechanisms for inlet and outlet. As soon as the furnace door is opened, the power supply to the electric heating element is automatically cut off. When the furnace door is closed, the trolley cannot enter or exit.

      5. Sealing:

      The sealing condition of a furnace directly affects the uniformity of temperature and power consumption inside the furnace. This furnace has adopted sealing facilities at each joint of the furnace, which are described as follows:

      (1) The joint between the furnace door, furnace body, and furnace car:

      This joint is the most difficult to seal and the leakage part of the trolley furnace. This furnace adopts the self weight of the furnace door and advanced spring compression device in China. It can effectively seal this area.

      (2) The joint between the furnace body and the furnace car on both sides:

      Due to the relative entry and exit between the furnace body and the furnace truck, considering the expansion after heating, there should be a considerable gap in this area. Therefore, this area is sealed with a soft contact displacement between refractory fibers and refractory bricks, and has two sand sealing grooves to ensure good sealing effect.

      (3) The junction between the furnace car and the furnace body:

      Adopting an insertable soft edge seal and utilizing the power of the furnace car itself for compression.

      6. Temperature control and recording system for resistance furnace:

      The control of the resistance furnace adopts PID zero crossing trigger for control, and the work is done by Shanghai Guolong intelligent instrument. The power can be adjusted, and the three-phase current imbalance can also be adjusted. The temperature control can be set in sections according to different heat treatment process requirements and automatically controlled.
