      The quenching furnace consists of several parts, including the furnace body, furnace door, heating element, ventilation mechanism, and control system. The furnace body is welded from steel sections and plates, and the inner wall of the furnace lining is connected to the furnace shell as a whole using stainless steel plates. The furnace body and the interlayer of the furnace liner are filled with aluminum silicate refractory fibers for insulation. The furnace door is designed at the lower part of the furnace body, which means that the workpiece enters or exits from below. The lower opening of this furnace body is opened, and the opening and closing action of the furnace door is achieved through mechanical transmission, using electric motors, gearboxes, sprockets, chains, tracks, etc. The heating element adopts a high resistance alloy resistance strip, which is arranged on both sides of the inner container through dedicated hooks and insulated from the inner container. The ventilation fan consists of a blower and a guide plate. The blower motor is electrically interlocked with the heating element, and the heating element can only be powered on when the blower is turned on. This ensures that the heating element can work in the ventilation cycle. The loading basket and the loading and unloading truck are welded from steel sections and adjusted for horizontal center of gravity, and lifted up and down. This electric furnace is equipped with material baskets and carts to ensure that users can work in a timely manner. When feeding, the material basket is mounted on the trolley, pulled out and pushed in. When entering the lower part of the furnace, the furnace door opens and the rotary hoist works, hooking the chain and lifting the material basket into the furnace. The furnace door is closed for heating. When discharging, open the furnace door, turn the hoist to move, put the feeding basket into the water tank for quenching treatment, then lift the feeding basket out of the water surface and place it on the plane of the trolley, unhook the chain, lift the hoist, pull out the trolley for aging treatment. There is a water tank located at the bottom of the furnace body, which allows workpieces to enter the tank for quenching treatment in a short period of time.

      Usage conditions: 1. Indoor use. 2. The ambient temperature is within the range of -5 ℃ to 40 ℃. 3. The monthly average relative humidity in the usage area shall not exceed 85%, and the monthly average temperature shall not exceed 30 ℃. 4. There are no conductive dust, explosive gases, or corrosive gases that can seriously damage metals and insulation around. 5. There is no obvious vibration or turbulence.
