      1. Inner hole

The dimensional accuracy of the inner hole diameter is generally level 2, and precision shaft sleeves sometimes take level 1 The shape accuracy of the inner hole should generally be controlled within the aperture tolerance, and some precision shaft sleeves are controlled within 11-23 of the aperture tolerance, or even more strictly. For long sleeves, in addition to cylindricity and coaxiality, attention should also be paid to the requirements for the straightness of the hole axis. To ensure the functionality of the parts and improve their wear resistance, the surface roughness of the inner hole is generally 3.2~0.2aaR, with some as high as 0.05aR or above.

      2. Outer circle

      The outer surface is generally the supporting surface of the sleeve component, which is often connected to the holes inside the box or frame sand pot through static fitting or transitional fitting. The dimensional accuracy of the outer diameter is usually 2-3 levels; Shape accuracy is controlled within the outer diameter tolerance; The roughness is generally 6.3~0.8aRR.

      1) Coaxiality between inner and outer circles

      When the final machining of the inner diameter is carried out by installing the sleeve into the machine base, the coaxiality requirement between the inner and outer circles of the sleeve is relatively low; If the final processing is completed before assembly, the requirements are relatively high, usually 0.01~0.05mm.

      2) Verticality between the axis of the hole and the end face

      When the end face of the star wheel (including the flange end face) is subjected to axial loads during operation, or when it is used as a positioning surface during processing without bearing loads, the perpendicularity requirement with the hole axis is relatively high, generally ranging from 0.02 to 0.05mm.
