    Description :

    Prefabricated pump stationThe cylinder is reinforced with alkali free glass fiber untwisted yarn and its products, and the thermosetting resin is used as the matrix. It is made of fiberglass pipes using computer winding technology, with uniform thickness. The Babbitt hardness should reach 40HBa or above, the compressive strength should reach 120MPa or above, the circumferential tensile strength should be 150MPa, and the axial tensile strength should be 60MPa. The gap between the fiberglass prefabricated pump station grid is small, up to 6mm, which can effectively ensure the cutting size. The motor reducer improves the reliability of equipment use. A specialized mechanical sealing system that can work for long periods of time in harsh sewage environments. Multi motor design effectively prevents drum overload damage and improves system reliability.

      The inner lining of the fiberglass prefabricated pump station includes a sub inner layer and an inner surface layer, with a total thickness of not less than 2mm, of which the inner surface layer thickness is not less than 0.3mm. The small thickness of the pipe wall should not be less than the nominal thickness specified in the approved drawings and technical documents according to the prescribed procedures. The lower part of the prefabricated fiberglass pump station base should have a concrete bottom plate for anti floating. The design dimensions of the concrete bottom plate should be determined based on anti floating calculations. Multiple well pump stations and the front and rear structures of the pump station should use the same bottom plate. The cement strength grade of the concrete bottom plate should not be less than C40, the steel bar diameter should not be less than 10mm, and the thickness should not be less than 250mm. The concrete bottom plate should be pre embedded with anchor bolts for fixing the prefabricated pump station after lifting into the pit. The concrete bottom plate can be prefabricated or directly poured into the foundation pit. The wind pressure of the fiberglass prefabricated pump station should be calculated and determined based on the wind direction, wind speed, and wind area of the pump station provided by the local meteorological station. When calculating wind pressure, the influence of terrain, landforms, and nearby buildings around the pump station should be considered; Prefabricated pump stations may be subjected to a combination of various loads simultaneously. The load combination used for pump station stability analysis should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.3.2, and if necessary, other possible unfavorable combinations should also be considered.
