    Description :

      Prefabricated pump station product description:

      1. Principle: Adopting solid-liquid separation and backwashing device, the equipment is maintenance free and cleaning free.

      2. Water pump: equipped with unobstructed impellers, dual pumps can automatically alternate operation and serve as backup for each other.

      3. Sewage tank: with a capacity of 760L to 1680L, made of welded 304 stainless steel, and equipped with a maintenance port on the box body.

      4. Liquid level detector: It uses 316 stainless steel electrodes to control the start and stop of the water pump, with sensitive response and anti-corrosion durability.

      5. Inlet diameter: DN100/DN150 (inlet height adjustable from 550mm to 1000mm), outlet diameter: DN80/DN100, exhaust diameter: DN50.

      6. Connecting fittings: Carbon steel (zinc impregnated) or 304 stainless steel can be optionally selected.

      7. Valve: Optional cast iron or 304 stainless steel.

      Introduction to Prefabricated Pump Stations: Most basement units in villa areas are equipped with villa type sewage elevators.
