Prefabricated pump stationComposition: A fiberglass cylinder with a water inlet on the cylinder wall. The water inlet is equipped with a debris grid (divided into manual basket grid and crushing grid), which effectively isolates debris from entering the cylinder and causing blockage. The basket grid is manually lifted up and cleaned through the track when the debris is full. The crushing grid comes with a built-in crushing motor to crush debris without manual cleaning. Rainwater or sewage flows into the cylinder through the inlet, and two submersible sewage pumps are installed at the bottom (the number of pumps can be determined according to the situation). When the water level reaches a certain height, the sensor automatically senses the pump level to start the pump. After starting the pump, it is lifted up through a stainless steel pipeline to the outlet and discharged into the downstream urban sewage pipe network for discharge. At the same time, there will be an operating platform under the cylinder cover. When the pump needs maintenance and repair in the later stage, people can lift the pump up with iron chains through guide rails on the platform for maintenance.
