Description :
Integrated sewage pumping stationClean the surface of the cement substrate to ensure that there is no soil or debris between the installation surface and the bottom of the prefabricated pump station.
Lift the pump body with a lifting hook and place it in the middle of the cement substrate. The prefabricated pump station must accurately avoid the exposed reinforcement of the substrate and stagger the reinforcement at the bottom of the prefabricated pump station according to the drawing requirements to avoid damaging the bottom structure.
Check if the pump station is vertical. When the cement substrate is placed horizontally, the pump station should be in a vertical position.
Check that the pipeline and bottom are not deformed, and the clearance at the conical bottom must be filled with concrete.
Requirements for pouring concrete:
Concrete with grade C30 cement and gravel diameter not exceeding 32mm
Concrete must be poured around the outside of the pump station to fix and prevent floating. The specific height and diameter range of the concrete should be communicated with our technical personnel in a timely manner based on the site conditions to jointly develop a plan.

After completing the grouting work on the cement substrate of the pump station and achieving the required strength, and checking the structural integrity, backfilling can be carried out
The pump station must be backfilled in a timely manner after installation to prevent the pump station from floating or tipping, and the fiberglass material cannot be forcibly pulled or squeezed
When the distance between the pump station cylinder and the edge of the foundation pit is greater than 1 meter, the backfill material is allowed to be plain soil with a moisture content of less than 18% and particles smaller than 32mm. Graded sand and gravel can also be used for backfilling, with gravel particle size not exceeding 32mm
When the distance between the pump station barrel and the edge of the foundation pit is less than 1 meter but greater than 0.5 meters, only graded sand and gravel are allowed to be used for backfilling, and the gravel particle size shall not exceed 32mm
If the distance between the pump station barrel and the edge of the foundation pit is less than 0.5 meters, backfilling is prohibited and please contact Jinze Company as soon as possible
When backfilling in winter and rainy weather, it is necessary to check whether the backfill materials are adhered together. The backfilling of the foundation pit should be carried out continuously and completed as soon as possible. During construction, surface water should be prevented from flowing into the foundation pit to avoid slope collapse or damage to the foundation soil
Layered backfilling, with a height difference of no more than 1250px between each layer, should be compacted using a compactor or manually, with a compaction rate greater than 90%
When backfilling to a distance of 50cm near the cylinder wall and inlet/outlet pipes, it is strictly prohibited to use equipment such as compactors. Manual compaction is required to ensure that the inlet/outlet pipes are well supported in the backfill soil layer and not affected by gravity.
It is strictly prohibited to directly dump backfill materials on one side of the foundation pit. During backfilling, each layer should be uniformly backfilled layer by layer, and the thickness of each layer should not exceed 50cm. After reaching a uniform thickness of 50cm around the pump station, the next layer of backfilling can be carried out. It is strictly prohibited to backfill on the same side for a long time.
