      Prefabricated pump stations are an important component of sewage systems, characterized by continuous water flow, small water flow, but large fluctuations, and high levels of pollutants in the water.

      Therefore, the design of the water collection tank should have sufficient storage capacity and consider backup pumps. In addition, the design should minimize environmental pollution and provide good management and maintenance conditions within the station.

      1. Manual operation

      ⑴ Set manual. Set the "Manual Auto" toggle switch on the remote control panel to the manual position (i.e. the middle position of the switch).

      ⑵ Pump filling. Close the pump outlet valve and pour water from the pump body filling port until the liquid overflows.

      ⑶ Turn on the pump. Open the pump outlet valve and manually turn on the pump from the on-site control panel or indoor remote control panel. The corresponding indicator light will turn on.

      ⑷ Check during operation. The indoor liquid level gauge should maintain a decreasing reading, and the outlet pressure value should not exceed 0.24 MPa when a pump is running.

      ⑸ Stop the pump. Manually stop the pump when the liquid level is 15%.

      2. Automatic operation

      ⑴ Pump filling. Set the "Manual Auto" switch on the remote control panel to the manual position, close the pump outlet valve, and fill water from the pump body filling port until liquid overflows.

      ⑵ Set to automatic. Set the "Manual Auto" toggle switch on the remote control panel to the automatic position, that is, which pump corresponds to the switch, which pump is the working pump, and which pump is the backup pump.

      ⑶ Automatic operation status. When the liquid level reaches 90%, the working pump will start automatically; When the liquid level reaches 15%, the working pump stops automatically.

      ⑷ Alarm status. High level alarm is triggered when the liquid level reaches 90%, and low level alarm is triggered when the liquid level reaches 15%.

      3. Winter operation

      (1) Open the 111 pipeline heat tracing valve in winter to provide heat tracing for the pipeline.

      (2) Open the steam valve of the pump to provide heat tracing for the pump to prevent freezing damage.
