J-117 corrosion inhibitor base adhesive is a high-temperature curing modified cyclic liquid adhesive used in combination with J-116 adhesive. The joint has high strength and good comprehensive performance, with excellent resistance to media, aging, and corrosion. Can be used for a long time at -55 ℃~175 ℃.
Usage
Surface treatment of aluminum alloy is recommended to use phosphoric acid anodization, followed by chemical oxidation. Phosphorylation anodization shall be carried out in accordance with the HB/Z 197 "Process Specification for Phosphorylation Anodization of Structural Adhesive Aluminum Alloys".
Spray the J-117 corrosion inhibitor primer within 8 hours of surface treatment according to design requirements or usage process instructions. After drying, the thickness of the base adhesive should be controlled at 5-10um. The surface to be adhered after spraying the base adhesive can be coated with J-116 adhesive film while it is hot, or stored at room temperature without pollution, but the effective storage period cannot exceed 30 days.
The curing of J-117 corrosion inhibitor primer does not require separate heating and curing. It can be cured together with the J-116 adhesive film used in conjunction. The curing conditions are a temperature of 175 ℃ ± 5 ℃, a time of 3 hours, and a pressure of 0.3MPa.

Transport as general dangerous goods.
Store in an indoor environment with a temperature of 5-25 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 75%, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from sources of fire and heat. The adhesive solution is stored in a freezer at -18~-5 ℃ from the date of production, with an effective storage period of 6 months. Expired adhesive can still be used after passing inspection, with a validity period of one month and a total storage period of no more than one year
