Description :
There are two ways to clean reverse osmosis equipment: online cleaning and offline cleaning.
1、 Online cleaning
Online cleaning refers to the overall cleaning of the reverse osmosis device, without taking out the pressure vessel for the membrane components, and is usually designed and used in larger systems. This cleaning method is simple and convenient to operate, with a short time, but it is prone to incomplete cleaning and unsatisfactory results. This method can be used when the pollution of the reverse osmosis device is relatively light.
2、 Offline cleaning
Offline cleaning refers to the process of removing membrane components from a reverse osmosis pressure vessel and placing them into a cleaning equipment for cleaning. Typically, the number of components cleaned at a time should not exceed 6. This cleaning method is simple and convenient to operate, thoroughly cleaned, and has good results. But when there are many membrane components, the cleaning time is longer. This method can be used when the reverse osmosis pollution is severe or the online cleaning effect is poor.
Reverse osmosis water treatment equipment usually consists of three parts: raw water pretreatment system, reverse osmosis purification system, and ultra purification post-treatment system. The main purpose of pretreatment is to meet the inlet requirements of the reverse osmosis membrane separation module and ensure the stable operation of the reverse osmosis purification system.
Process principle of reverse osmosis water treatment equipment
Reverse osmosis is a reverse migration movement of osmosis, which is a separation method that uses the selective retention effect of a semi permeable membrane under pressure to separate solutes and solvents in a solution. Its pore size is approximately 5-10A. It has been widely used for the purification and concentration of various liquids, and a common application example is in water treatment processes. Reverse osmosis technology can remove impurities such as inorganic ions, viruses, organic matter, and colloids in raw water to obtain high-quality purified water. The widely used is the roll polyamide composite membrane, whose water flux and removal rate are affected by pressure, temperature, recovery rate, influent salt content, and pH value.
