　　Introduction:

　　The JRF new vacuum emulsifier is a high-speed shearing and universal mixing system. The main equipment system can directly transport solid particles. The mixing, dispersion, shearing, heating or cooling of liquids and container contents, as well as the required degree of homogenization and particle crushing for lower processing, are achieved through EBI circulation of the mixture. The EBI is integrated into the dispersion high shear homogenizer at the bottom of the emulsification system, using German imported EBI homogenization equipment. The linear speed can reach 0-44m/s, and the rotational speed is 0-16000rpm. The higher the linear speed, the higher the rotational speed, and the finer the product.

　　1. Homogenizer adoptsGermanyImported core components, with a speed of up to rpm/min, high shear vortex emulsification bidirectional scraping and stirring blade, automatically adhering to the bottom and wall of the pot;

　　The linear velocity of the homogenizer reaches 44m/s, and the grinding module is formed by a 3-stage adjustable gap conical stator and a 4-stage high-speed rotating conical rotor.

　　3. According to production requirements, the shear grinding gap can be infinitely adjusted from 0.2mm to 0.3mm. The grooves on each stage of the stator and rotor are finer than each other, and the different depths and directions increase the fluid vortex.

　　4. When the material passes through, strong squeezing, shearing, emulsification, crushing, mixing, dispersion homogenization, and grinding effects are formed, thereby obtaining high efficiency in fine ultrafine particle emulsification and grinding.

　　5. The outer periphery, discharge chamber, and sealing parts of the conical stator are cooled by circulating water; We can provide multifunctional idle operation according to users' special requirements.

　　 Notes:

　　Before each startup, check if the power supply is stable before starting up for use.

　　When there is no material in the emulsifying pot or the material is not enough to submerge the homogenizer, it is strictly prohibited to start the homogenization system to avoid damaging the machine parts due to idling.

　　3. After adding materials to the main pot, it is not advisable to turn on the vacuum pumping system during the heating process. Vacuum pumping should be started after heating is completed, and the vacuum degree can be increased after cooling down

　　4. When cleaning the machine, avoid water droplets from entering the tap to prevent damage.

　　5. The frequency, speed, and other data of the frequency converter have been set at the factory and should not be changed randomly to avoid data confusion and damage to the frequency converter.

　　When the vacuum pump is not used for a long time, the motor should be checked for jamming first, and it can only be used after normal operation.

　　7. The main pot should only be used when materials need to be observed, and turned off when not in use to avoid prolonged operation and circuit damage.

　　8. Never turn on the lifting system in a vacuum state.

　　When the machine malfunctions, the power should be immediately turned off and inspected for repair.
