　　Introduction:

　　The JRK tilting homogenizer emulsifier is developed based on the JR fixed emulsifier using the UH homogenizer. It can lift the pot lid, pour out the pot body, and is easy to clean. The vacuum degree of the main pot is -0.09MPa, and the upper frame type scraping wall stirring speed is 0-83rpm, which is an ideal equipment for producing medium to high-end paste and honey products.

　　Mainly used in daily chemical care products, biopharmaceuticals, food industry, coatings and inks, nanomaterials, petrochemicals, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, papermaking industry, pesticides and fertilizers, plastics and rubber, power electronics, other fine chemicals, etc., especially for emulsifying and configuring materials with high matrix viscosity and solid content.

　　1. Homogenization functions are generally divided into: lower homogenization, upper homogenization, and internal and external circulation homogenization (which can be selected according to the production process);

　　2. The stirring function is generally divided into: one-way frame scraping wall stirring, two-way frame scraping wall stirring, and screw belt one-way (two-way) frame stirring;

　　3. Mixing and homogenization are regulated by imported frequency converters to meet the requirements of different production processes;

　　4. The homogeneous structure of German technology, with customizable rotational speed and a maximum shear fineness of 2 μ m-5 μ m;

　　5. Vacuum defoaming enables the material to meet aseptic requirements, and vacuum suction can be used for materials such as water, oil, and powder;

　　6. The main pot lid can be raised and lowered for easy cleaning, and the pot body can be poured and discharged;
