　　Requirements for the use of coating equipment

　　(1) Any process that uses toxic, toxic, or flammable substances should be placed in a separate factory or arranged in a specially separated area within the factory, and equipped with personal protective equipment and fire-fighting equipment.

　　(2) The passages in the workshop should be equipped with facilities to eliminate ventilation and prevent the spread of fire, such as automatic fire doors, fire and smoke barriers, water curtains, etc.

　　(3) When it is necessary to safely reach the work position above the equipment, a pedestrian bridge with protective railings and stairs should be installed. Anti slip flooring should be installed on the factory floor and pedestrian walkways.

　　(4) There should be no stacking of equipment, objects, or wires crossing the pedestrian walkway, and the width of the walkway should not be less than 1m

　　(5) A protective net must be laid below the assembly line walking above the work area to prevent objects from falling.

　　(6) Excess paint and waste paint should be isolated and stored in the paint warehouse.
