The emulsifier is a new product developed by our factory based on German technology. Referring to the professional technology manufactured in Germany, the homogenizer head ensures high shear frequency, small dispersed particles, and outstanding quality through precise data theory, unique design and manufacturing processes. The characteristics are: improved on the basis of introducing equipment, it is currently an essential equipment for the production of emulsions and cream products in China. The design is reasonable, the process is advanced, and all technical parameters can be compared with similar products in the 1980s internationally. It has more than twice the shear frequency of the TE-3 vacuum homogenization pot homogenization system in Italy and the YQ vacuum homogenization pot homogenization system in Japan. After material homogenization, it is delicate, uniform, and has particularly good brightness.
The high rotational speed and shear rate of the emulsifier are important for obtaining ultrafine suspensions. According to some industry specific requirements, Yiken Company has developed the ERS2000 ultra high speed shear homogenizer on the basis of the ER2000 series. Its shear rate can exceed 100.00rpm, and the rotor speed can reach 40m/s. Within this speed range, turbulence caused by shear forces combined with specially developed motors can be utilized. The shear force is stronger, and the particle size distribution of lotion is narrower. Due to its extremely high energy density, no other auxiliary dispersing equipment is required.
Emulsifier mainly refers to the use of high shear emulsifiers to quickly and uniformly distribute one or more phases into another continuous phase in a vacuum state. It utilizes the strong kinetic energy brought by machinery to enable the material to withstand hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shear cycles per minute in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. Centrifugal extrusion, impact tearing, and other comprehensive methods are used to instantly and uniformly disperse and emulsify the product. After high-frequency cycles, high-quality products with no bubbles, delicate texture, and stability are finally obtained.
