　　Safety protection requirements

　　1.1.1 The upper structure such as the vehicle roof should have sufficient strength and rigidity, and the net height of the seat cushion should be greater than or equal to 900mm after structural strength testing.

　　1.1.2 All parts, seats, handrails, and other areas of the sightseeing train that come into contact with passengers must not have sharp corners, edges, burrs, or other defects that could easily damage passengers' bodies and property.

　　1.1.3 All glass on sightseeing trains should use safety glass and meet CCC requirements. The visible light transmittance of the front and rear windshields and the glass used for the driver's visual area should be greater than 70%, and the visible light transmittance of the passenger compartment glass should be greater than 50%.

　　1.1.4 A rearview mirror should be installed on each side of the tractor head, which should be easy to adjust and effectively maintain its position. When there is pedestrian contact, it should have the function of mitigating impact.

　　1.1.5 The windshield should be equipped with wipers, which should comply with the requirements of 12.3 in GB7258-2017.

　　1.1.6 The passenger seats should be evenly distributed and equipped with fixed and reliable seat belts. The strength of seat belts and their anchorages shall comply with the requirements of GB/T28709.

　　Passengers near the edge of the vehicle should have armrests with a height of no less than 180mm. Each passenger seat should have a safety handle in front of them, and a safe and reliable protective fence should be installed on the row of seats opposite to the direction of travel. After strength testing, the armrests and fences should not fall off or deform severely from the front of the vehicle.
