　　Precautions for the installation of natural gas pipeline supports: 1. The burial depth of natural gas pipeline supports should comply with the requirements of the atlas and specifications. The type of steel should be selected according to the requirements of the atlas, and it is not allowed to replace it with small-sized ones. The welds should be flat, firm, and fully penetrated. The supports should be welded by dedicated welders, and the steel supports should be straight. 2. The support on the horizontal main pipe should be uniformly stressed, and it is not allowed for individual supports to be suspended or improperly sloped, causing deformation of the pipeline. 3. The connection weld of the pipeline should not be on the support where its stress is concentrated, and should be staggered by 50-200mm. When using a hanger and sliding support, the displacement of the pipeline after thermal elongation should be considered. When using a hanger, the hanger can be installed at an angle opposite to the direction of pipeline expansion; When using a sliding bracket, in order to ensure that the sliding bracket remains on the steel support after thermal elongation of the pipeline, it should be moved about 50mm in the opposite direction of the heat medium flow during installation to avoid the sliding bracket moving off the support and getting stuck. 5. The natural gas pipeline bracket is not allowed to be used as a support for scaffolding during other construction, or to be stepped on by operators. 6. Steel supports should be coated with rust proof paint during installation, and natural gas pipeline supports should be installed before the civil engineering surface layer is completed.
