Description :
When implementing system conversion for continuous bridges, insulation measures must be taken between the supports and cement mortar blocks to prevent damage to the filled PTFE sheets and rubber blocks.
It has the characteristics of large horizontal displacement, flexible rotation, light weight, compact structure, simple construction, low building height, easy processing and manufacturing, saves steel, and reduces costs. It is an ideal support suitable for use in large collapse bridges. This series of bearings has a bearing capacity of 31 levels, with a bearing capacity of 0.8MN-60MN, which can meet the needs of large-scale bridge construction.
The components and supports are connected by smooth cylindrical hinges, and the components cannot move in any direction, but can rotate around the pin. It can be seen that the constraint reaction force of the fixed hinge support is the same as that of the cylindrical hinge constraint, that is, the constraint reaction force acts on the contact point, passes through the center of the pin, and the direction is undetermined. Non hinged support: This type of support allows the structure to rotate around a cylindrical hinge at the support, but cannot move horizontally or vertically.
Movable hinge support: It allows the structure to rotate around the cylindrical hinge at the support and move in a direction parallel to the support plane, but cannot move in a direction perpendicular to the support surface.
