This series of bearings currently has a bearing capacity of 31 levels, with a bearing capacity of 0.4MN-60MN, which can meet the needs of large-scale bridge construction in China.
Classification of spherical bearings
Spherical bearings transmit force through the spherical surface without the phenomenon of force necking, and the reaction force acting on the concrete is relatively uniform; The spherical support rotates through the sliding of the spherical PTFE plate, with a small rotational torque that is only related to the radius of the support sphere and the friction coefficient of the PTFE plate, and is independent of the size of the support angle. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for the requirement of large turning angles, with a design turning angle of 0.05 rad or more. The bearing has consistent rotational performance in all directions and is suitable for wide bridges, curved bridges, etc; The bearing does not require rubber pressure and does not have the influence of rubber aging on the rotational performance of the bearing, making it particularly suitable for low-temperature areas. QZ ball type rubber bearings (rigid bearing capacity) are divided into 16 levels: 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 10000, 12500, 1500, 017500, 20000kN, and are designed and processed separately when they exceed 20000kN.
How to install spherical bearings
1. The installation method of elastic hinge support for steel structure grid is not familiar to everyone. Let me explain to you that the connection form should be specifically agreed upon with the structural designer to ensure reliable connection and functional performance between the upper and lower structures and the support.
2. The grade of the lower reinforced concrete column shall not be lower than C40 grade. 3. The reinforcement inside the column should refer to the research and analysis results during the design of this support, that is, within the height range of 0.25b to 0.6b from the column top along the column axis direction to the column base direction (b is the column section width), the configuration of increasing the horizontal hoop reinforcement section should be determined according to the bearing capacity analysis results.
4. According to design requirements, a deviation value should be set between the upper support plate and the sliding plate for the movable hinge support. 5. If welding is used for the connection between the hinge support and the embedded steel plate, cooling measures should be taken or intermittent welding should be used to prevent the hinge support steel from overheating and damaging the PTFE plate, rubber seal ring, and 5201 silicone grease.
6. Before installation, the elevation and levelness of the lower structure should meet the design requirements. The height difference between the four corners of the hinge support shall not exceed 1mm. 7. The centerline of the hinge support should coincide with the centerline of the main beam and the installation line of the lower structure. 8. After the hinge support is installed in place, the bottom plate is welded to the embedded steel plate to meet the design requirements. After the completion of the beam construction, temporary connectors should be removed immediately. 9. When installing the hinge support, the connecting parts between the upper and lower support plates must be installed properly. After the support is installed in place, it should be removed and the dust cover should be immediately installed (the dust cover is made of rubber plate, and the on-site construction unit is responsible for installation).
