      When installing the finished fixed ball joint support, cross centerlines should be marked on the four sides of its upper and lower base plates for easy installation and alignment. During installation, the upper seat plate of the support should be connected or welded to the steel plate of the upper structure with high-strength bolts. After the position of the fixed seismic hinge support is determined, it can be fixed up and down. The connection between the support and the upper and lower structures can be made by high-strength bolts or welding, or both methods can be used simultaneously. When welding is used, pre embedded steel plates must be installed, and anchoring bars should also be welded to the surface in contact with the concrete to achieve the desired strength and stiffness. Our company can start production with pre embedded parts. The pre embedded steel plate should have an appropriate number of evenly distributed exhaust holes with small diameters. Continuous welding should not be performed during welding, and intermittent welding should be used to gradually weld the entire area to avoid deformation of the support or embedded steel plate due to excessive local temperature during welding.

      Steel structure ball joint supports are divided into bolt anchoring and welding anchoring according to installation, and some are the parts where the nodes are directly made into supports. Due to the fact that the bolt holes of the support and the reserved bolt holes on the construction site are made separately in two units, in the actual construction process, it is common for the bolt holes to be misaligned, causing the support to be unable to be installed properly. Therefore, it is not recommended to use bolt installation. The on-site welding technology for general steel structure engineering is relatively mature, and it is recommended to use welding for connection. 1. Fixed, the sliding ball joint support is assembled by the manufacturer and shipped as a whole. Before installation, it should be inspected face-to-face to see if the parts are lost or damaged. Check whether the spacing and aperture of the bolt holes on the upper structure and support plate match, whether the selected model is correct, and whether the rotation angle and displacement in all directions match the design. The inspection shall be based on the design drawings.
