1、 Characteristics of seismic spherical steel bearings
1. Spherical steel bearings are capable of universal rotation, universal bearing, and can effectively meet the transmission, rotation, and movement requirements of reaction forces generated by various loads on the upper structure (such as dead loads, live loads, wind, etc.), ensuring that the reaction force is concentrated, clear, and reliable.
It can rotate in all directions to release any bending distance, and the vertical angle can be specially designed according to the actual situation.
2. Seismic ball joint bearings can withstand tensile, compressive, and shear (transverse) forces. Under the action of huge random forces, as long as the upper and lower structures themselves are not damaged, the existence of such bearings will not result in catastrophic consequences such as beam and frame falling (generally speaking, bearings are a weak link, and under strong forces, beams and frames fall, and the strength and ductility of such bearings are higher than those of the structure itself). Therefore, they are particularly suitable for fortification in high-intensity areas and have the ability to withstand seismic intensity level 9. 3. Compared with other types of seismic bearings such as plate rubber bearings and pot type rubber bearings, KLQZ spherical seismic bearings have higher static stiffness. Under the huge self weight and inertial force, the bearings only undergo small deformation, which can reliably ensure the stability of the building. 4. Fixed seismic hinge bearings transmit force through spherical surfaces, have a large load-bearing area, and use optimized combinations of several materials. Therefore, compared with other hinge structure bearings (swing bearings, roller bearings), their volume and height are greatly reduced, their weight is light, they are easy to install, and their cost is lower compared to steel bearings with the same load-bearing capacity. 5. Seismic hinge bearings have a wide temperature range (-40~+70 ℃) and good durability performance; No rubber compression is used, and there is no impact of rubber aging on the rotational performance of the bearing. 6. Seismic hinge bearings are particularly suitable for large-span spatial structures, large-span bridges, wide bridges, curved bridges, cable-stayed bridges, ramp bridges, especially in high-intensity zones, while other types of bearings are difficult to meet the requirements. 7. Seismic hinge bearings have a tensile structure, which can reduce the weight block at the bridge end. 8. Seismic hinge bearings have developed parameterized and serialized products that can meet various technical requirements of different users and can be designed and processed according to user requirements. 2、 Main technical performance of fixed seismic hinge bearings: 1. The friction coefficient of the bearing is 0.03-0.05; 2. The support can achieve one-way or two-way displacement, and the horizontal stiffness design can be carried out according to actual requirements. Through the design of elastic components, the impact force caused by the displacement of the upper structure can be buffered, further improving the upper structure. 3、 The installation plan and connection form of the fixed seismic hinge support should be specifically agreed upon with the structural designer to ensure reliable connection and functional performance between the upper and lower structures and the support. 2. The grade of the lower reinforced concrete column shall not be lower than 45. 3. According to the design requirements, a deviation value should be set between the upper support plate and the skateboard for the activity support. 4. Cooling measures should be taken for the support and embedded steel plates, or intermittent welding should be used on the edges to prevent damage to the support steel components due to overheating. Rubber sealing rings and 5201 silicone grease should also be used. 5. Before installation, the elevation and levelness of the lower structure should meet the design requirements. The height difference of the four corners of the support shall not exceed 1mm. 6. The centerline of the support should coincide with the centerline of the main beam and the installation line of the lower structure. 7. After the support is installed in place, the design requirements for the bottom plate and embedded steel plate are met. After the completion of the beam construction, temporary connectors should be removed immediately. 8. When installing the support, the connecting parts between the upper support plate and the lower support plate need to be installed properly. After the support is installed in place, it should be removed and the dust cover (which is made of rubber plate and installed by the on-site construction unit) should be installed immediately. 4、 Maintenance of seismic hinge bearings: 1. Regularly check and maintain the bearings during use. 2. Check whether the support and upper and lower connecting parts are damaged, whether the bolts are cut or loose, and whether the welds are cracked. 3. Check the dust accumulation inside the dust cover and clean the dust. 4. Check for cracks and aging in the rubber sealing ring. 5. Rotate the fixing nut, clean it thoroughly, and then re oil it to prevent rusting. 6. Check the height change of the support itself, which reflects the wear condition. When the height change exceeds 4mm, it should be overhauled. 7. Check the integrity of the anti rust paint, and if it falls off, use sandpaper to grind out the steel body and present a metallic luster before repainting. 8. After special circumstances occur (such as destructive winds, etc.), the above content should be checked in a timely manner
