　　Installation of QZ spherical bearings 1. When using this series of bearings, the concrete grade of the bridge beam and pier support parts shall not be lower than C35, and special circumstances require the consent of the design unit. 2. The supports, beams, and piers are connected by embedded bolts, and if necessary, they can be welded to embedded steel plates. However, when welding the supports to embedded steel plates, it is necessary to prevent overheating of the support steel body to avoid burning out the silicone grease and polytetrafluoroethylene plates. 3. The installation height of the support should comply with the design, ensuring that the support plane of the support is horizontal and flat. The height difference of the four corners of the support surface should not exceed 2mm. During installation, the relative sliding surface of the support should be carefully wiped clean with alcohol, and there should be no dust or impurities. Then evenly apply 295 silicone grease on the surface. 5. After the installation of the beam body, the upper and lower connecting plates should be removed to prevent the normal rotation of the beam body from being constrained, and then the rubber dust cover of the movable support should be installed in a timely manner. 6. When the support is shipped, the manufacturer should level the support and tighten the connecting bolts to prevent the support from rotating and overturning during installation. The support can preset the rotation angle and displacement according to the design requirements, but the user should specify the preset rotation and displacement requirements when ordering, and the manufacturer should adjust them in advance during assembly. 7. Before installing the support, the box can be opened and the packing list should be checked, including a list of accessories, a copy of the raw material inspection report, the support product certificate, and the support installation and maintenance details. After opening the box, the construction unit shall not loosen the connecting bolts arbitrarily, and shall not dismantle the supports arbitrarily.
