　　Spherical bearings are a new type of bridge bearing developed on the basis of pot type rubber bearings. Spherical bearings have consistent rotational performance in all directions and are suitable for curved bridges, sloping bridges, inclined bridges, wide bridges, and large-span bridges. Spherical bearings do not have load-bearing rubber blocks and are particularly suitable for low-temperature areas.

　　The QZ series ball bearing is a special bowl type rubber bearing product composed of an upper bearing plate, a lower bearing plate, an * - shaped plate, a PTFE sliding plate (F4, spherical PTFE plate), and a rubber retaining ring. It was named after changing the rubber plate in the bowl shaped support to a spherical PTFE plate, as the middle steel plate and bottom bowl of the QZ spherical support were also changed to spherical surfaces, reducing the friction coefficient. The displacement is achieved by sliding between the upper support plate and the flat PTFE plate. By setting guide grooves or guide rings on the upper support plate to constrain the unidirectional or multi-directional displacement of the support, spherical unidirectional movable supports and fixed supports can be made. The sliding between the spherical plate and the spherical PTFE plate is used to meet the requirement of bearing angle. The QZ series spherical steel bearings consist of six parts: 1. Upper bearing plate 2. Lower bearing plate 3. Bearing steel ball core 4. PTFE round flat plate 5. PTFE spherical plate 6. Stainless steel QZ spherical steel bearings. Main technical performance: 1. QZ spherical steel bearings can be divided into 16 levels according to reaction force (vertical bearing capacity): 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 10000, 12500, 1500, 1700, 20000kN. When it is greater than 20000kN, it is designed and processed separately. 2. The design angle of spherical bearings is divided into 0.01, 0.015, and 0.02 radians. 3. Spherical bearing displacement: Along the bridge direction: 1000-2500KN, e=± 50mm; 3000-1000kN; E=± 50mm, ± 100mm, and ± 150mm. Transverse bridge direction: DX multi-directional movable support is used, e=± 20mm. The design displacement can be changed according to engineering needs. 4. The design friction coefficient of spherical steel bearings is 0.03 at room temperature (-25 ℃~+60 ℃) when the stress is around 30Mpa under the condition of PTFE plate lubricated with silicone grease; Low temperature (-40 ℃~+40 ℃) 0.055. The horizontal force that QZ rubber bearings can withstand: the horizontal force of the longitudinal movable bearing (ZX) in the transverse bridge direction is 10% of the bearing reaction force; The fixed support (GD) bears a horizontal force of 10% of the support reaction force. Spherical bearings achieve the rotation process of the bearing through the sliding of spherical polytetrafluoroethylene plates, with small rotational torque, and the rotational torque is only related to the radius of the bearing sphere and the friction coefficient of the polytetrafluoroethylene plate, regardless of the size of the bearing angle.
