    Description :

      KZ seismic ball steel bearing is a new type of bearing developed based on GB50011-2001 "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings" and GB/T17955-2009 "Technical Conditions for Ball Bearings". Seismic ball steel bearings are mainly composed of lower seat plate, upper seat plate, * - shaped steel lining plate, sliding device, elastic shock absorber, stainless steel plate, and polytetrafluoroethylene plate. It uses less steel, has a small volume, and produces relatively low finished products. It has advantages that other types of bearings cannot match, such as universal rotation and universal bearing. Moreover, it adopts a special structure that is resistant to tension and shear, and has the ability to withstand seismic intensity of 9 degrees. The emergence of this product provides extremely favorable conditions for reducing engineering costs, improving overall engineering quality, and earthquake resistance and disaster reduction. It has great value in promoting and applying in the booming field of large-span spatial structure construction today.

      Performance parameters of KZ seismic spherical steel bearings

      1. Vertical bearing capacity of support: 1000-60000KN;

      2. Vertical pulling force of support: 1000-60000KN;

      3. Horizontal shear force of support: 1000-60000KN;

      The above three types of forces can be selected in corresponding combinations, but in special circumstances, the design will be reviewed separately.

      4. Support design angle: 0.01-0.06rad.

      5. The displacement of the movable support is (± 5~± 1500) mm. If there are special needs, it can be designed separately.

      6. Bearing friction coefficient: u=0.03 (room temperature: -25 ℃~40 ℃), u=0.05 (room temperature: -60 ℃~-25 ℃)

      Characteristics of KZ seismic spherical steel bearings

      1. Seismic ball steel bearings can rotate and bear in a universal manner, and can well meet the requirements of transmitting, rotating, and moving the reaction force generated by various loads (such as dead load, live load, wind, seismic force, etc.) on the upper structure, ensuring that the reaction force is concentrated and clear

      2. Compared with other types of seismic bearings such as plate rubber bearings and bowl rubber bearings, KQGZ spherical seismic bearings have higher static stiffness. Under the huge self weight and inertial force, the bearings only produce minimal deformation, which can reliably ensure the stability of the building.

      3. Seismic spherical steel bearings transmit force through spherical surfaces, have a large load-bearing area, and use optimized combinations of several materials. Therefore, compared with other hinge structure bearings (swing bearings, roller bearings), their volume and height are greatly reduced, their weight is light, they are easy to install, and their cost is lower compared to steel bearings with the same load-bearing capacity.

      4. Seismic spherical steel bearings must withstand tensile, compressive, and shear (transverse) forces. Under the action of huge random seismic forces, as long as the upper and lower structures themselves are not damaged, the existence of such bearings will not result in catastrophic consequences such as beam and frame falling (generally speaking, bearings are a weak link, and under strong seismic forces, extremely strong beams and frames will fall, and the strength and ductility of such bearings are higher than those of the structure itself). Therefore, they are particularly suitable for fortification in high-intensity earthquake areas and have the ability to withstand seismic intensity of level 9.

      5. Seismic spherical steel bearings are particularly suitable for large-span spatial structures, large-span bridges, wide bridges, curved bridges, cable-stayed bridges, ramp bridges, especially in high-intensity earthquake zones, while other types of bearings are difficult to meet the requirements.

      6. Seismic spherical steel bearings have a wide temperature range (-40~+70 ℃) and good durability performance; No rubber compression is used, and there is no impact of rubber aging on the rotational performance of the bearing.

      7. Anti seismic spherical steel bearings have a tensile structure, which can reduce the weight block at the bridge end.
