Description :
Basin type rubber bearings have the characteristics of large horizontal displacement, flexible rotation, light weight, compact structure, simple construction, low building height, easy processing and manufacturing, saving steel, and reducing costs. They are ideal bearings suitable for use in large collapse bridges. This series of bearings has a bearing capacity of 31 levels, with a bearing capacity of 0.8MN-60MN, which can meet the needs of large-scale bridge construction.
Seismic pot type rubber bearings include two types: fixed bearings and one-way movable bearings, and are also matched with two-way movable bearings. The support specifications are divided into 31 levels according to JT391-1999 requirements. The vertical design bearing capacity, bearing angle, bearing friction coefficient, and displacement of the support are all designed according to standard requirements. The horizontal force in all directions of the fixed support and the non slip direction of the unidirectional movable support has been increased from 10% of the original design bearing capacity to 20%.
Due to the fact that the GPZ (KZ) series seismic basin type rubber bearings are designed with fixed bearings and unidirectional movable bearings, it is better to use both types of bearings in combination to improve the seismic resistance of the entire bridge structure than to only install seismic bearings on the fixed piers of the bridge.
