      Two component flowing polysulfide sealant self leveling two-component polysulfide sealant

      Polyurethane building sealant belongs to the Bai two-component reaction curing type, consisting of two components A and B. Component A is a milky white or light yellow viscous polyurethane prepolymer, while component B is a black paste or liquid formed by dehydrating a mixture of curing agents and additives. After curing, it has a certain degree of elasticity and adhesion (component A: component B=10:0.8-1.2).

      Grassroots treatment: The adhesive surface must be neatly treated (using handheld cutting machines, grinding wheels, brushes, etc.) to expose a solid structural layer on the adhesive surface.

      This product is used for connecting building materials such as civil engineering and construction, transportation, and precast concrete components, as well as filling and sealing construction joints. Sealing of connections at advanced roads, bridges, runways, underground pipelines, joints, as well as expansion and deformation joints in tunnels and buildings.

      Precautions

      Buildings must be kept dry, clean, and free of oil stains.

      Before construction, the primer should be applied to the surface first. After the surface is dry, a 50mm wide protective tape should be applied to both sides of the gap 10mm to prevent excess polysulfide adhesive from dirtying the surface of the structure during construction.

      Mix one bucket of white polysulfide adhesive (component A) and one bag of black curing agent (component B) thoroughly inside the box until there is no color difference.

      (Note: Due to different climates, component B should be more abundant in winter and less in summer) A: B=10:0.8-1.2, and a small test should be conducted before use
