Description :
Installation steps and precautions for pot type rubber bearings:
1. Draw the centerline at the design position of the pot type rubber bearing, and also mark the centerline on the top and bottom plates of the pot type rubber bearing.
2. Thread the anchor bolts into the anchor bolt holes of the bottom plate (top plate) and screw them into the bottom column. Place a rubber washer with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the bottom column between the bottom plate and the bottom column.
3. After aligning and leveling the pot type rubber bearing, pour mortar or high-grade mortar into the anchor bolt holes and the cushion layer of the pot type rubber bearing bottom plate. After the mortar hardens, remove the cushion blocks used to adjust the level of the support, and fill the cushion block positions with mortar. The mortar should be poured densely.
