      Structure and function of plate heat exchanger:

      1. The fixed clamping plate and the movable clamping plate are generally made of carbon steel plate, and the thickness is determined according to the pressure bearing capacity to ensure that the plate seal is uniformly clamped.

      2. Upper guide rod: fixed on the fixed compression plate and pillar, serving as a support and positioning function for the plate.

      3. Lower guide rod: It plays a positioning role on the plate and, together with the upper guide rod, forms the positioning of the plate.

      4. Clamping bolts: evenly arranged around the clamping plate to clamp the plates between the fixed and movable clamping plates.

      5. Plate: Heat transfer element, generally made of stainless steel as needed. After the plates are compressed, a certain gap is left between them to form a fluid channel. The heat exchange medium enters and exits from the connecting pipes on the clamping plate, and correspondingly enters the (odd and even) fluid channels between the plates to exchange heat.

      6. The sealing gasket ensures the flow channels between the plates and the sealing of the plates to the outside world, and the material depends on the heat exchange medium. There are two seals around the corner hole and signal holes that are connected to the atmosphere, ensuring that the two media do not come into contact with each other.
