1. Product Overview

The ZDLQ electronic electric three-way merging control valve and the ZDLX electronic electric three-way diversion control valve are composed of PS series and 3810 series straight stroke electric actuators and low flow resistance straight through single seat valves. (It can also be paired with other brands of direct travel actuators). The actuator of the electric control valve is an electronic integrated structure with a servo amplifier inside. By inputting control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and power supply, the valve opening can be controlled to achieve the adjustment of working parameters such as pressure, flow rate, liquid level, and temperature. The three-way regulating valve has the characteristics of sensitive action, simple connection, large flow rate, small volume, and high adjustment accuracy.

The electric three-way flow control valve adopts a dual valve core up and down guiding structure, equipped with an electric actuator mechanism. The valve body is a three-way structure, with one inlet and two outlets (diversion type) and two inlets and one outlet (merging type), so as to achieve fluid mixing heating or cooling, or uneven fluid distribution, meeting the requirements of different industrial and mining uses. This electric regulating valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, flow characteristics, and easy maintenance.
