      Self cleaning air filters are mainly used for intake purification to remove dust particles. In addition, some production processes contain small pollutants in the exhaust gas, which belongs to exhaust purification. Due to its high purification requirements, self-cleaning air filters also need to be used. Self cleaning air filter refers to an air filtration device, generally used in clean workshops, cleanrooms, laboratories and cleanrooms, or for dust prevention of electronic, mechanical and communication equipment.

      The self-cleaning air filter consists of a filter cartridge, a Venturi tube, a self-cleaning nozzle, a blowback system, a control system, a clean air chamber and outlet, a frame, etc. Filtering process: Under the negative pressure of the compressor suction, KJL sucks in the surrounding ambient air. When the air passes through the filter cartridge, the self-cleaning air filter dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter cartridge due to gravity, static electricity, and contact. The purified air enters the clean air chamber and is then sent out through the outlet duct. Self cleaning process: When the computer issues a command, the self-cleaning air filter solenoid valve starts and drives the diaphragm valve.

      There are three self-cleaning methods for self-cleaning air filters, namely timed self-cleaning, pressure difference controlled self-cleaning, and manual self-cleaning. Timed self-cleaning is a method of using a computer to automatically control the startup of the self-cleaning system after a specified period of time; Differential pressure control self-cleaning is a process where the pressure difference increases as dust accumulates on the filter element. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the system automatically starts self-cleaning. After cleaning is complete, the pressure value decreases and the self-cleaning process ends; Manual self-cleaning is a way of manually controlling and operating self-cleaning systems for work. Regardless of the control method, its self-cleaning process is the same. That is, the solenoid valve of the self-cleaning air filter starts and drives the diaphragm valve, and then it instantly releases a pulse airflow. The nozzle that passes through it rectifies and sprays it out, blowing off the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter cartridge and completing the self-cleaning process.

      The working principle of self-cleaning air filter:

      The clean air chamber outlet of the self-cleaning air filter is connected to the pneumatic machine, and the treated air is sucked into the atmosphere through negative pressure. It is filtered to prevent dust from rubbing against the air through the cylinder. Countless small particles scrape the filter material, forming a first-order particulate matter film on the surface.

      This membrane is highly effective in filtration and also increases air resistance. When the resistance increases to the upper limit of 600Pa, the differential pressure transmitter sends the resistance signal to the computer in the pulse controller. The computer issues a command and the confidence system starts working; The solenoid valve receives commands and controls them according to the program, driving the real-time valve. The real-time valve immediately releases compressed air, and the nozzle with a pressure of 600 to 800 kPa is used for distillation. The internal anti cylinder filter is blown from the cylinder filter, and the filtering material is external powder with reduced resistance. When the initial resistance of the filter (about 150 Pa) is reached, the automation system will stop.
