    Description :

Self cleaning filter cartridge air filterWorking Principle:

Self cleaning filter cartridge air filterSelf cleaning process: After the dusty air is filtered, the dust is adsorbed on the high-efficiency filter cartridge, and the PLC performs a reverse blowing self-cleaning process in the set time sequence. When the resistance value exceeds 600 Pa, the PLC controls the reverse blowing self-cleaning process in the differential pressure sequence (reverse blowing time is 0.1-0.2 seconds), and other high-efficiency filter cartridges work as usual. The dust is blown back for self-cleaning.

For high-speed machines such as air compressors, blowers, and steam turbines, dust particles and dust are one of the main reasons that affect the long-term normal operation of the equipment. The large amount of dust contained in unfiltered natural air - dust particles (≥ 4 μ m) in high-speed airflow will cause wear on the surface of the main components of the air compressor. Dust scaling inside the equipment will affect the airflow movement, disrupt the dynamic balance of the impeller, and cause the shaft vibration of the rotor to exceed the standard, causing the surge curve to drift. Corrosive dust will also cause chemical corrosion of the equipment. The damage caused by these components shortens the life of the air compressor and causes direct economic losses. Therefore, various types of air filters are generally installed in front of the intake pipes of compressors and other equipment.
