      The new backup structure is simple, flexible to install, and easy to operate.       The laboratory wastewater mainly comes from the analysis, research, and teaching laboratories of various scientific research units, enterprises and institutions, and universities. Laboratory wastewater can be divided into two types: general experimental wastewater generated during the experimental process and laboratory domestic wastewater. Among them, laboratory domestic wastewater has similar properties to general office domestic wastewater, mainly consisting of organic pollutants and nitrogen and phosphorus.

      Experimental wastewater has the characteristics of small quantity, strong intermittency, high harm, and complex and variable composition. According to the properties of the main pollutants contained in sewage, it can be divided into two categories: organic and inorganic wastewater. Inorganic wastewater mainly contains heavy metals, heavy metal complexes, acids and bases, sulfides, halide ions, and other inorganic ions. Organic wastewater contains commonly used organic solvents, organic acids, ethers, organic phosphorus compounds, phenols, petroleum, and lipid substances. Usually, due to strict collection and storage methods for experimental wastewater and waste generated during the experimental process, the concentration of pollutants entering the experimental wastewater system can be controlled within a certain range after storage and regulation, but still has certain corrosiveness and biological toxicity.

      The traditional laboratory wastewater treatment process usually adopts physical and chemical methods, which have good treatment effects on acidic and alkaline wastewater, redox wastewater, toxic and harmful wastewater, etc. However, when these methods are used to treat laboratory domestic wastewater, their economy and ability to remove low concentration organic matter, nitrogen, and phosphorus are insufficient.

      The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a laboratory wastewater treatment method and its treatment equipment. The laboratory wastewater is divided into two independent waterways, experimental sewage and laboratory domestic sewage, for pretreatment, and then combined into a biochemical system for secondary treatment.       Laboratory specific chemical wastewater treatment device

      There are generally three modes of sewage treatment: microbial treatment, chemical treatment, and high-temperature treatment. According to relevant regulations, sewage treatment in biosafety laboratories should use chemical disinfection or high-temperature disinfection to disinfect biological wastewater. However, many newly built biosafety laboratories in China are renovation projects, and high-temperature disinfection requires high-temperature steam sources.
