Description :
UF standalone dust collector is a small-scale bag filter that has been improved and pre-set. The material of the filter bag for UF single machine dust collector is considered suitable and chlorinated polyester needle felt is used. The operating temperature is less than 120 ℃, and the shaking device for shaking and cleaning has strong experience in cleaning. When the liquid concentration at the inlet is high, reaching 100g/Nm3, the liquid concentration at the outlet is 100g/Nm3, and the dust removal rate can reach 99.9%. UF single machine dust removal has the advantages of good dust removal effect, high purification rate, large disposal air volume, long lifespan of the filter bag, small maintenance and office workload, and reliable operation safety.


Precautions for selecting boiler bag filter:
1. Difficult to collect coal types for electrostatic precipitators (such as SiO2 AI203>); 85% of coal, coal with extremely low sulfur content, and coal with high specific resistance should use bag filters.
2. Requirements for smoke and dust emission concentration
3. For units that have already been built. If the original unit uses dust removal equipment with high resistance such as water dust collectors and multi tube cyclone dust collectors, the induced draft fan does not need to be replaced; If the original unit uses an electrostatic precipitator, the induced draft fan needs to be replaced or modified.
4. In the project of transforming an electrostatic precipitator into a bag filter, the internal structure of the precipitator body can be partially dismantled, and the shell, insulation, and ash conveying device can be retained to reduce the renovation cost.
5. When dealing with dusty gases with high relative humidity, insulation measures should be taken to prevent "bag sticking" caused by condensation; When used for purifying corrosive gases, suitable corrosion-resistant filter materials should be selected; Cooling measures should be taken to treat high-temperature flue gas, reducing the temperature of the flue gas to below the temperature that the filter bag can withstand during long-term operation, and using high-temperature resistant filter materials as much as possible.
6. For high sulfur coal, desulfurization technology should be adopted. The method of low tonnage boiler and low input is to spray calcium inside the boiler for desulfurization and pipe spray drying. The chemical reaction of this method can continue to the filtration process and ash conveying process of the bag filter, and the sulfur index of the discharged gas can meet the national standard.

Product Maintenance
Regularly check the operation of control valves, pulse valves, and timers.
The failure of the pulse valve rubber diaphragm is a common fault in bag filters, which directly affects the dust cleaning effect. This device belongs to the external filter type, with a skeleton inside the bag. It is necessary to check whether the parts that fix the filter bag are loose and whether the tension of the filter bag is appropriate. Is the support frame smooth to prevent wear and tear on the filter bag. Compressed air is used for dust removal. Therefore, it is required to remove oil mist and water droplets, and the oil-water separator must be cleaned regularly to prevent malfunction of the moving mechanism and blockage of the filter bag.

Whether the air volume and pressure and temperature at each testing point are consistent with the design.
The installation status of the 3 filter bags, whether there are any occurrences of bag dropping, loosening, wear, etc. after use, can be judged by visually observing the emissions of the chimney after operation.

4. Prevent condensation
During use, it is necessary to prevent the gas from cooling below the dew point in the bag chamber, especially when using a bag filter under negative pressure. Due to the frequent leakage of air into the outer shell, the gas temperature in the bag chamber is lower than the dew point, causing the filter bag to become damp. This results in dust not being loose but sticking to the filter bag, blocking the fabric holes and causing dust removal failure. This leads to excessive pressure drop in the dust collector, making it unable to continue operating, and some bags may become stuck and unable to remove dust.
To prevent condensation, it is necessary to maintain the temperature of the gas in the dust collector and its system at 25-35 ℃ above its dew point (such as the dew point temperature of 58 ℃ for kiln mill integrated machines, and the operating temperature should be above 90 ℃), in order to ensure the good use effect of the filter bag.
